I'm glad to say we are profitable and looking to double this turnover in the next 12 months through increasing our product selection and range. Products range from a few pounds to almost £2000 which are shipped all around the world. The website is managed by us internally for all aspects from SEO to product updates. Integration into our back office systems has been straight forward with no major issues to talk of.
We chose Actinic Catalog by a personal recommendation. A friend of ours had started up an online business the year before we had started and had already decided to use Actinic to create and manage his business. Over the years we have become more proficient with the system and the fact that Actinic allows us to continue to add more and more products without coming up against barriers is an indication of the future proofing we have bought into.
Support for the product has always been excellent and there is never a shortage of people who understand the product in finite detail and able to assist when the need arises.
