Why won't my payment go through?
1. Please check that the name & address you have entered is the address registered to the card
2. If you are having problems using Solo, Maestro or an American Express card, please try another card as we have been experiencing some minor issues with these card recently. We are working on resolving these

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Cheques (will need to clear before we ship though) and bank transfers
Do you have a store I can visit ?
We currently have an office and a warehouse and no shop. This is in order to keep overheads down and allow us to offer you the customer the best prices. However, we are always on the look out....
What happens if my order has not arrived ?
Our system automically emails confirmation of your order (check your spam folder if you have not seen one, they sometimes get caught in there) . We will always email you if there has been a delay in sending your order or if its on back order for you. We use couriers for next day fast delivery and a standard courier for all other orders. We sometimes use the Royalmail system for lighter items.
Some top tips about the postal system:
- For first class mail and standard parcels, Royal Mail asks us to allow up to two weeks for delivery to take place.In reality it is much much sooner than that !
- Occasionally a delivery card may go missing so its always useful to phone your local sorting office/post office to see if your parcel is with them.
- Please contact us via email after all the above options have been exhausted and we will immediately look into the matter for you. Please remember to include your order number and name and address details.
How do I pay with PayPal ?
You have the option to pay with PayPal at stage 3 of the checkout process.
How long on average does it take to receive an order?
Products in stock ship in a matter of days and we aim to send everything out as quickly as we can. If the product is out of stock we will let you know and will be put onto back order for you. We will of course send out as soon as we can. Furniture orders typically take 2-6 weeks and an agreed delivery time will be scheduled with you.
What is 4little1s.com return policy & refund policy?
Customer service and satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy. Please see our delivery and returns page for more detailed info, but in summary, we want you to be happy and assured that if there is a problem we will sort it out for you.
We process refunds within seven days, however it can take up to 30 days for this to then appear on your credit card statement.
What happens if the goods are out of stock?
We are always very very sorry if any of our nursery items are sold out or delayed. If we are awaiting stock, we will let you know by email straight away, and will give you the option to wait for all items to come in and send out in one go, or the option to have part of the order shipped. If your item is part of a larger order, we will send the items that are in stock straight away and the remaining items as soon as they are in from our suppliers. We will of course not charge you any extra for the two deliveries. If an item is no longer available, we will let you know straight away, and offer the option of an alternative item, or a refund. We will do our best and help you as much as we can to give you all the options, we want you to be a happy customer.
How up-to-date is your website information?
We update our website regularly with new exciting baby gift ranges, bedding, toys and nursery furniture as new product lines are available to us. Generally the website is updated weekly.
Why does 4little1s.com need my email address?
It is very important that we have an accurate and working email address. All orders are confirmed via email for your review. When you receive this confirmation email from us, please take a minute to look over the information you submitted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, email us at email@example.com to get a shipping price for your order. Just tell us what you would like to order and where to.
Can I reserve stock that's not in at the moment?
Yes you can, however please be aware people who have purchased the stock will be priority when it comes to despatch.
How do I place an order ?
As you go through our site, click on the images to see a full description of each item. You can then choose the size you require, and add the item to your shopping basket. You can always see what is in your shopping basket by clicking 'View basket' at the top right of the page, from here you can change the quantity, or remove an item. When you have finished shopping click on 'Checkout' - you will be asked for your personal details, delivery address etc and then you will be pased onto our secure payment system. Once your order has been submitted we will automatically send you an email confirming the order details.

What happens if I input the incorrect delivery address?
Due to on-line fraud we are afraid that we cannot redirect any order that has been placed or have been despatched, please ensure you input the correct address at the order stage.
Do you sell good for wholesale / retail?

Can you make deliveries to a PO Box number.?
We are afraid that we cannot accept orders that are for delivery to PO Box numbers.

Baby Bedding Recommendations from Izziwotnot
Bumpers - Check bumper ties regulary to make sure they are securely fitted. Remove bumper when child can sit up and unaided or is able to pull themselves up. Bumpers must not be used as quilt's or pillows.
Quilts - Quilts, duvets and pillows are NOT suitable for children under 12 months due to risk of overheating. Place your baby feet to foot position on his or her back with all the bedding tucked in. Covers should be no higher than shoulders.
Babies can overheat because of too much bedding or clothing, or because the room is too hot. Maintain a regular room temperature.
