Hospital BagBaby Hospital Bag
Ok so nearly there, not very long to go now
in fact its hours away. Time to grab the hospital bag and get to hospital pronto
.errr you did pack a hospital bag didn't you ! It can be hard to know what on earth to take to the hospital and you do not want to be packing this at the last minute. Sometimes its a good idea to have a couple of bags, one bag for the totally necessary items and the other bag (maybe a little larger bag) for the other items that come into the 'would be nice' category. This bag could be stored in the car boot in case you stay in hospital a little longer than planned. Baby might arrive a little earlier than you had planned (baby's have the reputation of not always arriving on time and when you were planning !), so it is a very good idea to pack in advance maybe even three or four weeks beforehand.
So assuming this isn't you, and you have thought through what you might need in hospital at least a few days beforehand, here are some suggestions. It is definitely worth remebring that some hospitals have different policies as to what you can and cannot bring in
so check beforehand wityh them. Generally though, its all commen sense stuff, so no favourite pieces of furniture in the ward!
Below is a brief oneliner list of items that you should consider taking with you on that visit to the hospital
