The Humphrey's Corner brand has taken the world by storm. From the very beginning Humphrey's Corner has been a fond memory for many children around the world. The books were originally written by the UK author, Sally Hunter around ten years ago and were all about Humphrey and his various friends......all of whom were elephants !
Sally once said that the inspiration behind Humphrey, his big sister called Lottie (who went on to be a Fairy Princess) and baby Brother Jack were based on her own three children when they were little ones. Their personalities, toys, bedrooms and the things they got up to all contributed to what we now know and love as the Humphrey's Corner brand.
She goes onto say that Lottie (who real name is Georgie) was a typical five year old, very headstrong and bossy. But of course at the same time sweet, affectionate and a beautiful blue eyed, blonde curls girl. See the Lottie Fairy Princess range of baby bedding if you get the chance.

Baby Jack (Who's real name is Kim) was just the loveliest, happiest, smiling and funny little one year old.
The town that could be called 'Humphreys town' is based on the house and town where Sally originally grew up and now lives today.
As the success of the Humphrey Corner brand grew, from a chance 10 minute meeting, it has gone from greeting cards to children soft toys, books, baby clothes, baby nursery furniture, baby nursery bedding, calendars etc etc, the list goes on. Humphrey has gone global with him appearing in the USA to Australia and of course the UK.
The Humphreys Corner plot is a simple one and surrounds Humphrey and his quest to find somewhere to play. Humphrey tries many places and explores where he can play, but being a little fussy elephant; he never really finds anywhere that is 'just right'!
Humphrey is very lovable and cute, and is of no surprise children (and adults) are very fond of him as well all his friends.
