DELIVERY
All products on this site will be delivered by our standard service in the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel Islands) unless otherwise specified. The standard delivery charge is £3.99 and products delivered by this method will normally arrive within 3-5 working days. Orders in excess of £25 will sometimes require a signature on receipt.
HEAVY AND BULKY ITEMS These items cost more to ship and therefore a surcharge is applied to cover this. However, if standard and heavy/bulky items are ordered together, a single flat delivery charge will be applied at the higher rate.
UK FAST DELIVERY If your order is urgent you can request Fast Delivery to the majority of the UK for an additional fee. The order must be received by 12pm and we will do our best to ship the order within 24 hours. The Fast Delivery service is not available for items made to order or for any items shipped direct from the manufacturer, as specified on the web site.
